Outstanding Travel Agency For A Private Tour!

My family and I highly recommend Machu Travel Peru. It was an extremely organized, fully guided tour in English. We had an enjoyable time from Lima to Cusco because everything was taken care of. All we had to do was show up. We had pick ups and drop offs at the airport and upscale hotels from the city of Lima to the remote parts of Sacred Valley to Aguas Callentes. The vans and drivers like Jimmy from Lima and Elvis from Cusco show up every day in their presentable selves. The vans are always clean. They provide water every morning. They drove safely. Our tour guides especially Kevin who we highly recommend was knowledgeable and patient. He cared for our needs and made sure the entire tour came with safety. He educated us on what clothes to wear which is important because the weather is changing from one place to another. He made sure we had supplemental oxygen when needed during the hikes. He ran and tried to keep up with us when we were riding the horses on our way to the rainbow mountain. If you are looking for an outstanding tour guide it has to be KEVIN. Our meals are delicious. They brought us to clean and beautiful restaurants. All our train rides like the fancy vista dome tickets were paid in advance, and all the gates to places like Machu Picchu we're all paid in advance. We were spoilt and served with much-needed convenience in a country we have never been before. There was also Percy our awesome tour guide for Puno and Lake Titicaca who also handled us with much care. Angel our driver from Cusco to Puno like Elvis also made sure our private van and car to all transfers were clean. I’m very pleased with the service. Sol, our organizer listened and did best with her ability to provide us with a wonderful experience. We invited our tour guides and drivers to have meals on the same table with us and we insist on having them eat with us because they were like our family during this trip. For a person who is very picky with high standards, the agency has truly exceeded my expectations. Good job!!! We also had a professional photographer Eric who came with us full day for our city Cusco Tour. He took amazing photos!! So glad Sol chose him to take our family photos. He should be added on especially for the city tour in Cusco. This tour was a private tour. Only my family of 5 and no other people were with us on this tour. All drivers and tour guides are respectful and that is important but is compassionate and kind to our family. That is what we call an exemplary customer service.
