Machu Travel Peru exceeded my expectations

My experience with Machu Travel Peru exceeded my expectations. Every function of the operation was delivered with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism. During the planning process, my point of contact Lizbeth was extremely responsive and patient as I sorted through the options available to customize my experience based on my personal desires. What started out as an 8-10 day trip ended up as at 16 days. Peru had so much to offer that i wanted to see it all! Machu Travel Peru made that decision easier due to their reasonable cost.
Prior to leaving for Peru I was contacted by Sol in the Operations department, who was amazing throughout the entire trip. I can honestly say that i have never experienced such outstanding customer service. Sol was beyond responsive and personally ensured that every aspect of my trip was absolutely perfect. Her communication was much appreciated and she went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable in Peru.

Machu Travel Peru planned and executed the perfect trip for me. It was exactly what I needed at the right time. My work schedule did not permit me to plan the details, and I greatly appreciated Machu Travel Peru managing all of the details and leaving me with nothing to do but show up, relax, and enjoy my vacation. The transportation, tours, accommodations, and meals were as advertised or better. All tour guides were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and the meals were great!

Peru is an understated vacation destination. So much to do and see. Amazing history, culture, landscape, people, and food! I loved every minute of my time in that beautiful country, and thank Machu Travel Peru for facilitating such an incredible experience. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so based on my experience. I would highly recommend using Machu Travel Peru for your arrangements if planning to visit Peru, you will not be disappointed!!
