Machu Travel has been amazing in helping us plan our trip to Peru. Lizbeth was my initial contact when I was in the beginning stages of planning the trip. She was very communicative and prompt in her responses. She offered suggestions and was also very open to my suggestions. Sol contacted me and was my main contact when we were in Peru; he was also very communicative. I received updates every morning on what the plan is for the day, what time we are being picked up, who is picking us up, etc. He even helped us book transfers even though the tour was already over. . . . All of our tour guides were amazing, they were very communicative and full of information about each site we visited. But, without a doubt, our favorite was Sergio, who was our tour guide in Machu Pichu.
