Our family of four traveled to Peru for an 8 day trip. 7 flights and 5 different hotels but thanks to Machu Travel Peru everything went perfectly. We were picked up from the airport or train station promptly and our itinerary was beautifully planned by Lizbeth and Sol. We had so many questions before we left and they were patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Our tour guides, especially Duska, were fantastic. They knew a lot about the history of each place we visited. We never felt rushed at any time and the hotels they booked were also top notch.
Most importantly, our son developed altitude sickness while in Cusco. Sol worked with us through the night to make sure he received medical attention and everyone on the team went out of their way to consult with us until the issue was resolved. This was the best customer service we have received from any travel agency! Thank you Machu Travel Peru team for a wonderful experience!
