About Galapagos Explorer

The new 38-meter (124-foot) expedition vessel “Galapagos Explorer” will set sail in June 2024 with the sole goal of exploring the astonishing Galapagos Islands and rediscovering all of their wildlife. The Galapagos Explorer is the most exclusive yacht on the islands because of its small guest-to-staff ratio—just 12 people are accommodated on board. From tailored dining experiences to carefully chosen activities on land and in the sea, the committed staff consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty, providing exceptional personalized service and meticulous attention to detail.

Four decks make up the Galapagos Explorer. There are two Luxury Cabins and one Superior Suite on the lowest deck (Deck 1). Two Luxury View Cabins, an interior guest dining and lounge room, and an outdoor, shaded lounge area are all located on the middle deck (Deck 2). The Deluxe View Suite, a large al fresco terrace, a bar, and a guest dining room are all located on terrace 3, the uppermost level of the boat. The yacht’s top deck, Deck 4, has a sundeck with a hot tub and cozy sun loungers that stare out over expansive views to top off the experience.
The Galapagos Explorer has 6 beautiful cabins and suites, 12 crew members, including 2 naturalist guides, and 12 guests. This more personalized crew-guest ratio guarantees a more personalized and exclusive service.

The Galapagos Explorer offers guests three meals a day. The menu and food offerings are made with the freshest and most locally sourced ingredients. This way, each dish will be unique, a festival of colors and flavors. In addition, regional and international cuisine will be reflected in each flavor dish.

    Experiences

Explore the Galapagos Islands’ wild waters from above and below. Swim with vibrant fish or paddle over the lush or dive indigo ocean below the surface. You may also trek up active volcanoes, see breathtaking scenery, and take pictures of well-known land creatures. Visit the Charles Darwin Research Center to discover more about the distinctive ecology of the islands—it’s the cherry on top.

Imagine finding vibrant aquatic life glowing in the glistening pure water below as you drift over a volcanic sea floor. You are instantly thrust into an underwater realm where iguanas hunt, penguins play, turtles glide, and an abundance of colorful tropical fish dart across the watery expanse.
