We had a great experience with Machu Travel Peru. Everything was efficiently planned, from transfers, bus travel, tours and hotels. Sol was a great host, she was available 24/7 on chat for any questions we had and sent important reminders and guidance on sightseeing. All day tours were knowledgeable except for one in Sacred Valley. There was also no air conditioning on this tour bus considering the 10 hour of travel of the Sacred Valley. However, Sol was quick to convey our feedback to the tour operators and they acknowledged/apologized for the inconvenience. One thing we loved was the private tour of Machu Picchu, the guide was super knowledgeable and also helped us take great pictures! Machu Travel Peru also made it easy for us to customize the itinerary as much as we liked and offered plenty of flexibility as well. We had a nice trip thanks to them and would love to explore more of Peru in the future.
